These terms describe the basis for product inquiries, quotations, samples, customization, production and delivery coordination with GAMEACRE.
Quotations and orders
Specifications, pricing, payment terms, estimated lead time, packaging and shipping arrangements are confirmed in the applicable quotation or order agreement. An order is accepted only after both parties confirm the commercial terms.
Samples and customization
Sample availability, sample fees and delivery costs are confirmed before dispatch. Logo, color, system, language, packaging and bundle options depend on the model and project requirements.
Production and lead time
Production begins after the required specifications, payment and approval materials are confirmed. Lead time may change when quantities, customization or shipping arrangements change.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery terms, freight method, export documents and transfer of risk are defined in the applicable quotation or order agreement. Buyers are responsible for destination-country import requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual property and website information
Product images and website information are provided for general reference. Final product details are those confirmed in the quotation, sample approval or order agreement. Buyers must have permission to use any logos, artwork or other materials they provide.
